Really enjoyable overall experience. Fairly clean hotel, magnificent breakfast, neat rooms. Plenty of food available in the dining room. Terrific service provided. Not to mention free wifi! Attentive and accommodating staff, unbeatable location near Gourdon or even Stonehaven and the restaurant.

There was a lovely garden, marvellous and stunning setting in the pub next door-dinner. Moreover, it was 3 km from Mill of Benholm.

With no food service on Tuesdays, I had to drive for miles just to eat. I woudl ve been delighted with some sort of complimentary upgrade for all the inconveniences, but apparently, those just aren't given to ordinary guests. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Had a sweet as stay with a fantastic location right on the harbour. Just a bit bummed about the overcooked calamari. But the friendly staff and local vibe made up for it!

My honest journey to loving this
Friendly and helpful staff helped create a warm atmosphere. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our family, complete with fine views of the village.
Inconsistent Wi-Fi signal. Limited kitchen utensils left us wanting for better tools during our cooking adventures.

Excellent seafood restaurant, dog-friendly accommodations, exciting themed dining events
The rooms are cramped!!! The heating was inconsistent during chilly nights, and WiFi dropped frequently. The parking area needs maintenance due to its poor condition!!!

Had a lovely time in the ground floor apartment, very spacious and perfect for relaxing. I really enjoyed sipping drinks on the terrace while soaking up the sun and taking a stroll along the nearby beach. The only bummer was that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, but overall, it didn't take away from a great stay! 🌞

Enjoyable Stay with Excellent Dining
The double room offered a cozy ambiance, but the limited space for belongings was a minor drawback. The dining experience surpassed expectations, especially with the large portions and variety of specials. Ensure to book in advance for a good meal. The Cullen Skink deserves a mention!
